Insurance & Payment Options

We are proud to accept all PPO dental plans. We are also contracted with Zelis/Connection Dental, which works with many major dental insurance plans, and we gladly will help you maximize your benefits. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.

For patients without insurance, we offer flexible payment options and in-house membership plans to make care accessible and affordable

Preparing for Your Appointment

To save time on your first visit, we recommend bringing:

  • A valid photo ID

  • Your dental insurance card (if applicable)

  • A list of current medications

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled and enjoy our comfortable reception area.
